Our firm was retained in 2017 to perform an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) services contract for the Montana Air National Guard (MANG) in Great Falls, Montana. The length of service was 5 calendar years, and an extension was awarded in fall 2022 to extend services into early 2023. Projects were base wide, and varied from roof replacements, to facility renovations, to master plan updates, and repair projects to large C-130 hangars. This contract continued our long-standing commitment to providing outstanding projects and services to the various divisions of our armed forces.

Scope: Included programming, schematic design, design development, and construction documents as Type A and B services. Included consultant coordination for all disciplines, bidding services, and full Type C (construction administration) services.
