(Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity)
Great Falls, MT
2012 - 2017
Our firm was retained in 2012 to perform an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) services contract for Malmstrom Air Force Base in Great Falls, Montana. The length of service was 5 calendar years, from 2012 to 2017. Projects were primarily located on the base itself, but also included extensive work at the above-ground Missile Air Field (MAF) facilities throughout the state for the 341st Missile Wing. Projects ranged from Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) updates to existing buildings, to mechanical systems replacements and upgrades, to reroofing of large aircraft hangars, remodels, and even an historic report and documentation of a bridge used to access a missile silo site for its replacement. This contract not only strengthened our experience working with military projects, but cemented our commitment to providing outstanding projects and services to the divisions of our armed forces.
Scope: Included programming, schematic design, design development, and construction documents as Type A and B services. Included consultant coordination for all disciplines, bidding services, and limited Type C (construction administration) services.
