Communities that Splash Together Lounge in the Lazy River Together
The community of Butte-Silver Bow passed a bond measure to construct the new Butte-Silver Bow community waterpark which replaced the Corrette Pool that was inoperable for a decade.
The new waterpark features Montana's longest lazy river, lap lanes, a zero-depth entry pool, two water slides and multiple play features including a dumping bucket.
Amenities Beyond the Pool
In addition to the pools, the waterpark includes a bathhouse that offers locker and changing rooms, a concession stand, and staff work areas. The locker rooms are designed to support the local high school softball teams when they play at Stodden Park.
All Part of the Grand Plan!
The new building is designed to relate to the new carousel building being built next door as well as support and relate to the new Stodden Park Central Improvement planning, currently in development.
The new Central Improvement plan will incorporate an all-new commons area between the pool and carousel building and will also incorporate the historic arch structure from the original Columbia Gardens!
